What does the Holiday Package include?
Your Holiday Menu includes: 1 Entrée, 4 Side Dishes, and 1 Dessert
Are la carte items available for purchase?
No, only complete dinner packages are available.

Are substitutions or dietary restrictions permitted?
Unfortunately, no substitutions are permitted. NO vegetarian, vegan, or dietary restrictions are able to be accommodated. All selections are made with butter, cream, salt, sugar and/or meat. The brussel sprouts does contain pork, however, this may be omitted.
Is delivery available? And if so, what time?
Yes, delivery is available and is a flat rate of $40. Your delivery time will be coordinated and provided to you no later than Sunday, December 17th for your delivery on Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24, 2023. Delivery times will range from 8am-10am.
What time is pick availability?
Pick Up Times will be scheduled for Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24, 2023
Pick up address & times will be given upon order confirmation. You will be sent a Calendly link one week prior to preselect a pick up time slot. Pick Up time will range from 9am-11am only.

How do I modify/cancel my order?
All orders can be modified/canceled via your Google Form receipt link no later than Friday, December 15th.
Any modifications and/or cancellations thereafter will forfeit payment.

Will my Holiday Meal be hot or cold upon arrival? How will it be packaged?
All items in your holiday meal are refrigerated, so they will be cold when you pick them up. Be sure to allow time for reheating each dish before your meal. Many of our dishes can be reheated right in the packaging while others require a separate pot or pan.

Where can I find reheating instructions?
Reheating instructions are included with your order and will also be sent to the email address on file on the day of delivery/pick up.

How long do leftovers last ?
Leftovers generally should be good for 3–4 days in the fridge or for 3–6 months in the freezer.

What are tips for serving food?
Keep hot foods between 140°F and 165°F until serving time. Cold food should be held at 40°F or colder. Make sure there are plenty of serving utensils to help your guests serve themselves without mixing foods from different dishes.
The absolute maximum time for leaving prepared foods at room temperature is 2 hours—including time for preparation, serving and eating. Discard any perishable foods left at room temperature longer than 2 hours.
